Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of bugsmetwice.com (“this site”), run by Thrennel, an independent developer based in Maryland, USA (“I”, “me”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What this site is

A personal portfolio showing projects at different stages — some in use, some in beta, some still rough. The site is free to visit.

Purchases and refunds

Nothing is sold on this site and it takes no payments, so there is nothing to refund.

Demos use sample data

The interactive demos — the Thrennel knowledge graph, the TrackSense lap replay and coaching, and the pre-market portfolio brief's run log — use made-up or synthetic data to show how each tool works. They don't contain real notes, real driving data or real investments. Descriptions of projects reflect work in progress, and features may change or never ship.

Not financial or professional advice

The pre-market portfolio brief is a personal tool, described here for illustration only. Nothing on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

The Thrennel waitlist

Joining the waitlist doesn't guarantee access to Thrennel. If you're invited and create an account, your use of Thrennel is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. How your waitlist email is handled is set out in this site's privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't try to disrupt, overload, probe or break into this site or the Thrennel server; don't scrape or automate the waitlist form; and don't submit an email address that isn't yours.
